Cancellation

By registering online, you are submitting a binding registration for the congress.
Registration is only complete once the course fees have been paid in full and confirmation has been received from the course organizer. In case of written cancellation until January 14, 2026, a refund of 50% of the fees will be made. After this date, no refund will be made. Please note that unpaid course fees remain due, even in case of non-attendance. Outstanding payments will be followed up accordingly.

Disclaimer

The organizer and the congress organization disclaim any responsibility for any kind of damage to property and persons, which may happen in connection with the congress. In addition, no damages will be claimed in the case of program changes or non-appearance of speakers as well as cancellation of lectures, which are published in this program. The participants take part at their own risk at all events of this congress.
